The factory data existed. The view across it did not.
Modern factories generate data from dozens of systems : MES, PLCs, quality sensors, logistics trackers, ERP. Each system has its own view. The operations team had to manually correlate across systems to understand what was actually happening on the floor.
The “smart factory” initiative had been on the roadmap. Prior attempts had stalled on the integration cost : the custom work to connect the systems would have consumed the engagement budget before the command-center work began.
How We Delivered
Aedeon collapsed the integration cost. FDEs built the command center.
Aedeon ran the discovery and integration work across the factory's operational systems : the work that under traditional delivery would have priced out the command-center work.
