These terms apply to your use of mactores.com and the content on it. Mactores engagements are governed by the Statement of Work signed at the start of the engagement — not by these terms.
What you can do with the content
Read it. Quote it with attribution. Share it. Use individual case studies in internal materials with attribution. Republish a Mactores essay or case study in full only with written permission from legal@mactores.com.
What we do not warrant
The content is published as-is. Mactores does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the content.
Trademarks
Mactores, the Mactores loop mark, and Aedeon are trademarks of Mactores and Aedeon respectively. AWS-related marks are trademarks of Amazon Web Services. Customer marks shown in case studies are trademarks of the named customers and used with permission.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date.
