Factory operations on a real data foundation : agent-native on both layers.
The legacy systems were doing real work : running lines, optimizing yields, controlling machines. Agent-native delivery built the modern data foundation without taking the operations offline.
Baseline
Legacy operational infrastructure. No unified data foundation.
Outcome
AWS-native operational data foundation. Agent-ready substrate.

The Challenge
The legacy systems were doing real work.
Factory modernization is constrained by operational continuity. The systems being modernized are running production. A cutover that breaks for an hour breaks revenue.
Traditional SI delivery would have required a parallel-run period the operations team did not have budget for : or would have risked the cutover safety the COO would not accept.
How We Delivered
Aedeon ran the validation. FDEs owned the cutover safety.
Aedeon ran the discovery, validation, and parallel-run instrumentation : the work that under traditional delivery would have priced out the engagement. Forward-deployed engineers used the budget freed by that collapse to design a cutover that ran without operational disruption.
Why This Matters
A foundation that supports productivity today and agents tomorrow.
Most operational modernizations get built for the scope they were funded for and have to be re-funded for the next initiative. Agent-native delivery builds the foundation once, in a shape that the next initiative can use : because the firm's worldview is that data foundations exist to support agents, not just analytics.
