To respond to your inquiry. To improve the site and the content on it. To deliver Mactores engagements under signed SOW. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
Mactores operates under SOC 2 controls. Customer data under engagement is governed by the SOW's data-handling provisions, which typically include access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging.
Who has access
Mactores forward-deployed engineers assigned to your engagement. Authorized customer-success and finance personnel under standard internal controls. No third parties without your written permission.
Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability. To exercise them, write to privacy@mactores.com. We respond within thirty days.
