Stories · TMEGS (Gaming)
A gaming experience that adapts at signal speed : agent-native, on both layers.
Static personalization in gaming is yesterday's signal applied to today's player. Agent-native delivery built real-time agentic personalization that adapts at the speed the audience expects.
Baseline
Static personalization. Yesterday's signal. Engagement and retention drag.
Outcome
Real-time agentic personalization. Experience adapted to now-signal.

The Challenge
Audience metrics decay faster than traditional engagement timelines.
Gaming audience metrics are visible, daily, and unforgiving. A personalization initiative that takes nine months to ship has lost the audience it was meant to retain.
The customer's constraint was not technology : the engineering answer was clear : but timeline. A traditional SI engagement was not going to fit inside the audience-metric horizon.
How We Delivered
Aedeon ran the signal infrastructure. FDEs owned the experience that the agent shaped.
Aedeon built the real-time signal ingestion, the agent scaffolding, and the evaluation harness that under traditional delivery would have consumed the engagement budget on infrastructure alone. Forward-deployed engineers spent the engagement budget on the experience architecture.
Why This Matters
Audience-facing experience modernization runs on a different clock.
The clock is the audience-metric horizon, and it is shorter than every traditional SI timeline. Agent-native delivery is the only model that fits inside that clock and still produces production agentic experience.
