What We Ship

Three pillars. One delivery commitment.

Three things have to land together for AI to actually work inside the business. The data foundation has to move. The legacy stack has to retire. The agents have to run against the real data, in real operations. We deliver all three, under one delivery engine, on one commercial structure.

The Pillars

What each pillar delivers.

01

Data Platform Modernization

The data foundation decides what AI can read, ground against, and act on. We move it to AWS in weeks, not quarters, at meaningfully lower engagement cost than traditional consulting.

See pillar 01

What changes for the business:

  • Data infrastructure consolidated on AWS, ready for AI to read against
  • Cost re-baselined to a modern cloud foundation
  • Operations team owns the running system on customer-signed acceptance

What the contract guarantees:

Production data platform on AWS, delivered on a fixed date.

02

Application & Database Modernization

The legacy application and database layer prices into every future AI decision. We retire it on a date we put in the contract, and we carry the overage if we slip.

See pillar 02

What changes for the business:

  • Legacy database and ERP debt retired
  • Cost structure re-aligned to a cloud-native foundation
  • License and maintenance spend reallocated to where it compounds

What the contract guarantees:

Legacy application and database retired, replacement in production on a fixed date.

03

AI Agents for Apps

Agents that work in real operations, not POCs that stall at handoff. Customer support handling intent. Claims systems passing audit. Operations that decide in real time.

See pillar 03

What changes for the business:

  • Productive capacity unlocked: clinician time, support agent time, analyst time reallocated to the edge cases
  • Customer experience moves from menus to intent
  • Auditable agent decisions: defensible to regulators, executives, and boards

What the contract guarantees:

Production agentic AI on AWS, running against real data, on a fixed date.

One Delivery Engine

Three problems. One way of working.

The pillars are not three different practices stacked under one brand. They share one delivery engine, Aedeon plus forward-deployed engineers, applied to three problem shapes. The same engagement model. The same five-phase delivery with named exits. The same commercial structure. What flexes is what Aedeon scans for, what FDEs decide on, and what reaches production at the end.

Aedeon's Lane

Discovery, mapping, validation, and observability.

Forward-Deployed Engineers' Lane

Architecture, cutover, and customer-signed acceptance.

Our Commitment

Fixed date. Fixed fee. Overage on us.

Every Mactores engagement closes on customer-signed acceptance. Each phase has a named exit. Mactores absorbs overage on delays inside our control. Customer-caused delays convert to T&M at standard rates. The clause is standard in our SOW and is shared during commercial discussions.
