Exploratory Call with Mactores

Based on the submission, a Mactorian will take you through our culture, principles, and details of the position. We would like to collaborate with you to understand your expectations and any other questions you may have.


Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT)

The CCAT® is a pre-employment aptitude test that measures your aptitude, or ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically which are important attributes for all applicants irrespective of experience.


Subject Matter Expertise Evaluation

This online test evaluates your core technical skills and can have objective or programming questions based on the job role. This test evaluates your technical skills, knowledge, and ability to solve challenging problems which is a reflection of the job role for which you applied.


Technical Interview/s:

A series of one or more rounds of evaluation with the hiring manager or panel, to discuss your past work experiences, skills, challenges you faced in those roles, problem-solving approach, and learning aspirations. You can ask questions about the Mactores culture, projects, and career growth opportunities. We advise you to review the following links to prepare for the interview:


Cultural Enhancement 

By defining the work culture, we believe Mactores can provide consistency and direction, guide decisions and actions, and help each Mactorian reach their potential. In this round, a Mactorian discusses your cultural expectation and identifies your alignment with the Mactores Leadership Principles.


Job Offer Discussion

We make an offer to you after considering compensation expectations, skill enhancement objectives, and career growth plans. You will receive an offer letter on DocuSign for signatures. 



You will submit all the necessary documents to HR within 72 hours post signing of the offer letter.


Onboarding Call

On the day of joining, we conduct the Onboarding Call to make sure that you smoothly transition to the Mactores environment and are aware of the fundamental practices we follow to make our Customers and Mactorians successful.
